Pros

Experience into the television industry/reality TV.

Cons

The husband and wife owners of PSG are classic examples of people who shouldn't be in a "power" position. The best days working here are when they weren't involved or at the office. Although, they may have some good projects under their belt, they are not true film/video professionals and the way they treat employees are not deserving of any respect. Seattle is limited on how many TV production companies are available but if you want to learn/work in the industry, learn it from respectable professionals, not these guys.

Pros

Company really values hard work and welcomes all creative input and new ideas - no matter how out of the box. Owner gives employees the freedom to be creative but also is a great mentor and always willing to help and provide support.

Cons

Industry in general is challenging. And COVID has made it difficult to work in a team atmosphere.

Pros

Company encourages ideas, owners value (and reward) hard work. Fabulous OPPORTUNITY/aka no ceiling. Freedom from micro management. Tbh this is first place I have worked that truly has an open creative atmosphere.

Cons

You’ve got to prove you’re worth. There is a high turnover it seems with a large number entering industry after earning degrees and too often I’ve noticed, a chip on their shoulder. Believing their opinions/ideas are superior to those around them. I didn’t have a film degree but did have work ethic and despite a slow start, I could not be happier with current role within company.
