Underwhelming - Anonymous employee PSG Equity Employee Review

The general structure within the Human Resources and general organisation within the company is a mess. Very high turn over of admin staff for good reason. Good people leave due to lack of support. It’s a shame as good EAs have left as a result. Unprofessional management and complete lack of any form of professionalism within some teams which gets ignored by management as they are overwhelmed. Very patronising HR dept who is ill equipo to work in high level PE. PSG culture is getting a name for itself in the London industry and it’s not great.
