Pros
Long history of being a stable company. Pay is great and always have work. Changing work environment keeps it from becoming boring.
Cons
Forced overtime at anytime. Unions don't really seem to negotiate for anything at contract time. Pay increases are below average inflation and medical benefits are increasing by alot each year. Older workers have better pension and cheaper health care...yet same union?
