      Pros

      Work life balance is great, they have a hybrid model but mostly remote for most employees. Benefits and health insurance is also pretty good.

      Cons

      Great place to retire, not a great place to stay long term if you are young. You will be underpaid.

      The Managers and HR take a good time reviewing the profile of a person to be a good fit with the teams. This helps to ensure a positive work culture with clear expectations.

      Cons

      Bureaucracy can be tough, especially if you don't know the org chart and the people.
