In the past 4 5 years salaries at this company really fell behind the industry. Many jump between groups every 2 3 years to get that 8% salary bump.. old and bad culture. Many left to biggest online retailer company or other companies. Id look elsewhere for STEM jobs unless you are desperate or anew grad

Read the top, all is there. CEO is jumping of the boat, his successor ironically have the same name coming into office. Knowing him he will capsize the ship for all of us. Im out.
