      if allow, you can do a lot good innovations

      No HR overseeing Laziness is hidden well by managers Some directors do not interact with low level employees Lack of knowledge from middle management IT has issues Transmission has Issues Distribution has issues People in position over 30+ years do not like to have people with new ideas. Only managers are allow to bring new ideas

      The Managers and HR take a good time reviewing the profile of a person to be a good fit with the teams. This helps to ensure a positive work culture with clear expectations.

      Cons

      Bureaucracy can be tough, especially if you don't know the org chart and the people.
