      Pros

      Good work life balance Alot to learn if you have a good manager who supports you which is hardly the case

      Cons

      Nepotism; weak leadership and no young engineer wants to stay more than couple of years at this place. It is dead. And once the projects are done they will slowly lay off people without causing any media hype.
