      Pros

      Good pay, learn a lot in short period of time.

      Cons

      busy life, no work-life balance. HR is dysfunctional. Managers are afraid to lose their job and will step on your head if necessary. Bonus is offered but managers will do and say as much as they can so you don't get it.
