Their only motto is never say no even to the craziest senior management ideas. Pushes all the work accountability to project managers. Process and filling up silly project document templates take precedence over execution for every body except those who are chummy with senior management. The management has a tunnel vision and does not entertain any new ideas from folks who were hired to bring in fresh thinking.
