      Superb executive leadership team; highly dedicated employees; genuine attitude of service to the community, to employees, and to shareowners. Compensation on par, or better, than peers in the industry. Safety always a #1 priority.

      Cons

      Sometimes high pressure - especially during annual "budget season." Sometimes irregular hours / days due to severe weather events so as to ensure business continuity, quick service restorations, and infrastructure congruity.

      The Managers and HR take a good time reviewing the profile of a person to be a good fit with the teams. This helps to ensure a positive work culture with clear expectations.

      Cons

      Bureaucracy can be tough, especially if you don't know the org chart and the people.
