Pros
PSCU is a very good company to work for. They offer good benefits, PTO, Unlimited OT, Shift premium, flexible schedule, free coffee and water for employees. Management is approachable and fair.
Cons
While the two week training is engaging and fun it doesn't give an actual depiction of the duties. Call volume is pretty high especially on holidays and compensation for this position and what it entails are low. Customers are usually irate. Mandatory OT is not ideal. There are too many reps and not enough working computers and adequate seating. No assigned seating can make clocking in on time a little hetic. It gets frustrating not being able to rectify a customer's issue.
