Relatively easy to get the job. Always hiring due to constant staff shortage.
Cons
Very little support. Highly stressful working form home and in office. Little communication between upper management and phone agents. Forces to be mentor to new employees with no extra pay. Schedule can be changed due to call volume and being understaffed. Mandatory overtime and if not worked will be counted against you attendance record.
