Immature supervisors, favoritism, management chooses puppets for supervisors. Experienced skilled/knowledgeable has almost no chance of moving up. Bonus program is a joke. Vacation provided, but has limitations and good luck trying to work that out. Pay and benefits awesome but management makes the job much more stressful than it needs to be. Will try to have you do the wrong action but will preach safety all day long!! Would have stayed for the pay and benefits but the belittling and stupid supervisors gets tiresome.
