Pros

They give the industry an example of how not to do business. Employees that buy into the leadership culture show that they really don't know a single thing about management/leadership.

Cons

The company was almost sold early 2016 but was blocked because one of the owners would not be able to maintain his currently salary in any other job. Many team members have been fired because they couldn't maintain the billing expectation. Although this may sound fair it does not align itself with the culture they expect you to be part of. Leaders within the organization fall into two categories: (1) those that are under qualified and are trying their best to improve the situation or (2) those that have checked out. Recruiting continually mentions that the GlassDoor reviews are so bad that they cannot hire quality individuals. After reading other posts, it is true sales is a revolving door. The highest performing BDM left the organization. Although this will provide a short lived boost in sales as his accounts are transferred to house accounts the relationships that he maintained will fail. Company has contracted. The various committees and $10k kickers you get to manage consultants or be on the tech committees do nothing to improve the culture. As the title suggests, partners yell at the employer base. The truth is no one respects them. Again, if you are looking for a job look to some of the other consulting companies. Your career with thank you.
