Only OK - Warehouse Supervisor PS Lightwave Employee Review

PS Lightwave is a great company to work for. They really care about their employees and it shows. They truly embody their core values GRIT. The company is respectful and empowers their employees. I love working here.

There are not any cons worth noting that I can think of.

Unfortunately, I cannot think of any meaningful pros based on my personal experience working there I could not wait to leave , the day I called to resign I was terminated .

When I started I was told it was a family company but learned it was not , they want you to work 16 hours a day they are okay with you working extreme overtime but not okay with you leaving early or taking a day off of work when your family or yourself is sick , they make so many ridiculous meetings that have no meaning and could of been a simple email they use meetings to write up and fire people , they don’t maintain their work trucks but want you to inspect them everyday and if you don’t they will use it against you , everyone tells on each other , they are completely unorganized, don’t care about their employees or their families , it is an absolute nightmare to work for these people they have no real values or respect and the human resource lady is very weird and takes offense when she does not get her way she tries to cause trouble, and set up a meeting to write you up.
