Pros
Executive leadership at PRx gives employees a lot of responsibility and focuses on helping them to grow into new roles. They also care deeply about their employees beyond the office — going above and beyond to support them when needed. Case in point: PRx went to bat for me after I left the company, helping to ensure that I was covered with healthcare due to a major health issue. This is a smaller agency with limited resources, but they make the most of what resources they have. Leadership is open to new ideas, as long as they thought through and communicated clearly. PRx also gives employees the ability to wear different hats and stretch their skill set. Finally, it's one of the best places to get "networked" with leaders in the Valley, and therefore a great place to use as a stepping off point for your next career move — executive leadership is generous with introductions and happy to help people whenever possible.
Cons
As I mentioned, they are a smaller agency, and so I would advice anyone who is used to working at a larger company, where they are only having to focus on one thing, to perhaps consider something else.
