Killed a top tier company and ran off employees - Tree Improvement Technician PRT Growing Services Employee Review

Bought a company and within two years 3/4 of the employees were either fired or resigned because they don’t take care of them. Changed policies that would cost key employees money, but did not give salary increases. Made promises that things would be “as good if not better” than with previous ownership which was a bold-faced lie. Got offended when questioned about their lies.
