Pros

ProspeX is a young thriving organization with lots of opportunity for advancement. The majority of the organization is in their 20s, fresh out of college. It's a very fun culture with a work hard play hard mentality. ProspeX is a great company to work for straight out of college because they teach you how to be successful in the business world and have a vested interest in your personal growth. ProspeX provides us with the opportunity to attend valuable Dale Carnegie Courses, and the management regularly conducts formal and informal training to fine tune our skills. Training is far beyond the first week on the job. It is continuous. Everyone's opinions are valued, and we are encouraged to come to the table with new ideas. Senior management is always looking for new ways to innovate. It doesn't matter how long or short you've been here, your voice is heard if you speak up. Perks include contests with prizes that vary from Visa Gift Cards, Trips, TVs, and iPads. The management team is always doing something new to drive competition. The CEO is heavily involved in Pro-Sports training so free tickets are often available upon request. All in all, ProspeX is a great place to develop the fundamental business skills required for a successful career.

Cons

Sales isn't for everyone, but if you are a competitive person with a "get it done" mindset you will get the most out of working here.

Pros

If you come with the right attitude you will reap the benefits. There is room for advancement and constant support and training. Everyone here (coworkers and management) really cares about your personal and professional success. Management will push you to be the best you can be. They constantly are bringing on new clients and you will be exposed to sales in many different industries. If you're ready to work hard and want to be successful this is the place for you. Also a lot of fun! We usually have a group outing a few Friday's in the year and the team spends time together outside of work.

Cons

Getting in early or staying late after work allows you to get ahead. You only get 5 days of PTO in your first year.

Pros

If you are a recent college grad looking to jump start your business career, give this place a chance. Yes there are some mundane daily tasks, but you are 22 years old. Most companies are not going to teach you about the world of business or how to walk the walk and talk the talk, PRSPX will get you to the next level fast. 12 months at your first job is not long and after those 12 months you can be promoted or have the skills to look elsewhere that may be better suited for you. You will not find training at any other company like you will at PRSPX. Give your career a chance by starting off on the right foot. Where you start is not where you end up.

Cons

If you are not a go getter or willing to start at the bottom, this is not for you. There is mostly cold calling in the entry level position. They do try to lighten up the environment with contests, tickets, young environment and cool management, but it can get old fast. You just have to stay focused and know what the big picture will be in the years to come.
