Pros

The only real upside to this company is you get to drink on the job, and since most of the managers are basically closet alcoholics... it is actually applauded.

Cons

The pay is pitiful. This company is declining and failing and they havent seen a real profit in over half a decade. 80% of the offices are under target. They pay a 15% commission with all kinds of fancy sounding bonuses, that they won't give you if you quit before three months. Even after you have worked hard to earn them. If you are smart you will quit before three months. Here is how it works, youll be lucky to work 40 hours, and sell 2000 worth of product. Thats considered a good week. So you will make 300 bucks. for 40 hours, not to mention driving all over kingdom come and spending gas money....so essentially I was in the top ten salespeople for a week (thats for the whole company) and I cleared about 150 bucks after taxes and expenses. TOTAL SCAM!!! There is no base salary and they will try to work you like a dog for free. They provide no leads at all, very little accounts...and basically telemarket to their customer base once or twice a month while you sit in an office on the phone calling clients that have been called a thousand times....many of which are angry because they have repeatedly asked to be removed.

Pros

PRP Wine International has been a dream brought to life. I started with the company as Branch Manager Trainee after many years as a teacher. I now am a Branch Manager of Charlotte North Carolina and promoted to lead another Branch in Indiana remotely. If you love wine, love to have your own clients, and love to work in sales you are rewarded for your hard work. We have over 30 top wine consultants that lead the pack and I am also happy that I can help with hiring the new generation. Growth, Flexible, High Quality Wine, Customer Focused, Employee Focused

Cons

We are not able to share our wines with 4 states but have expanded to 46 in the United States.
