Pros

I couldn't find a single positive thing about this company. So better talk about the Cons.

Cons

There are numerous things to mention here... please have a look if you are thinking to join - 1. Salary and Benefits: There were no benefits. Increment provided was very less that too they put that into variable. So on fixed income there was almost no hike. Variable is also calculated on quarterly basis and is totally dependent on individual and company's performance. Hence again minimal hike provided which will impact one's career growth. Designations provided seems good but salary is not at par with them. 2. Working hours: Office timings are 9 AM to 7 PM (10 hours per day). These are mandatory hours even when one has absolutely no work. There are 2 breaks of 15 minutes at, 11 AM-11:15 AM and 5 PM-5:15 PM, lunch at 1:30 PM-2:30 PM. Other then this ,one is not allowed to get up from his/her desk. There is a guard who monitors and questions your entry and exit if you move other then these timings. They have a weird way of tracking in/out of employees during those 15 mins breaks by maintaining a manual register entry. The guard keeps a close eye on the register entry, I wrote 11.05 AM which he then re-corrected as 11.03 AM, so you can imagine, how stringent they are with timings. 3. Leaves : There are only 12 leaves provided annually, also they have a weekend rule : IF FRIDAY AND MONDAY ARE TAKEN OFF , THEN IT WILL BE CONSIDERED AS 4 DAYS OFF INCLUDING SATURDAY AND SUNDAY. Please be very cautious as they don't mention about this rule in offer letter. 4. Company Environment and work culture: The work place is very filthy, unhygienic and smelly washrooms, dirty cupboards, no tissue papers, seriously management needs to look into this issue. I so wish, if I could share some photos.. Regarding the Work culture, I found this very strange as all employee calls the CEO, VP and their family members holding higher positions in the company as "SIR/MAM". However Multi-national companies or IT companies never supports this kind of behavior. Also employees were never asked to have a seat during meetings with VP, this gives an impression of a master and submissive. 5. There are some lame and useless people called HR here, who have no work at all except monitoring employees and peeking into their systems. They are like "class monitors" in schools who only likes to bully people, which is their only role. 6. Company hierarchy is like a family tree. All the higher positions are held up by family members who have absolutely no clue about "software" and what it is like to have an IT company. 7. Role provided in offer letter is just an illusion. Once joining, employee has only one task "to appease the customer by hook or by crook" and they call this as "Business Development"/"Role change hierarchy model". So before joining , be very sure if you can accept to have a role change any time and work like a sales guy, who has to call customers and make them as 'LEADS' for the business. 8. No Cafeteria, one is available at the top floor, that doesn't have much options either.

Pros

The only positive was leaving the company.

Cons

No timely salary – Salaries were frequently delayed without clear communication. No respect for employees – Management often shouted at employees, both on calls and in the office, creating a humiliating environment. Zero work-life balance – Employees were expected to work late nights and weekends without extra pay or consideration. Toxic management behavior – Managers used shouting as a regular mode of communication, including in front of other team members. No sick leave or empathy – Even when unwell, we were expected to work. Leave requests were denied or ignored, and salary was deducted without proper explanation. Fake leave policy – Though 1 PL per month was mentioned, approvals were rarely granted. Any leave request led to blame and shouting about pending work. Public humiliation – Managers often mentioned salary in front of others, making it an uncomfortable and disrespectful environment. Mentally draining environment – Constant pressure, lack of appreciation, and no HR support contributed to mental harassment and stress.
