Pros
Highly disciplined and well organized, more of a boutique IT staffing shop when I was there, mostly focused on placements in South Florida. Strong commission program, flexible working conditions. The owner/manager keeps ahead of the curve by aggressive business development which includes adapting to current market trends.
Cons
Smaller company, hard pressed to offer affordable health insurance. Has staff turnover, due to the erratic nature of IT staffing in South Florida. Had a proprietary database that could use redevelopment.
