      Pros

      Such a brilliant place to work. Fantastic young culture, great management, breakfast and lunch provided. Fast-paced, fast-moving company with excellent development opportunities. A real creative hub with a unique approach to FMCG.

      Cons

      Really hard to pin-point many cons. If you are coming from a large company then you might struggle with the start-up approach.

      - good products and branding - free lunch - some directors good people, but not all

      Cons

      - very fast paced culture and business is fine but holding people to unrealistic expectations and bullying is not - chaotic processes - unethical behind the scenes practices
