Pros
ProLook has a unique nitch in the market and has perfected that nitch over the last 20 years. ProLook produces quality custom sports apparel and team uniforms. I love coming to work. ProLook has created an amazing culture of camaraderie and enjoyment. People work hard because they love what they do. Free food and drink are amazing :) Full-Time employees enjoy additional benefits such as HSA account, Gym Membership, and discounted cell-phone plan. ProLook is remodeling their offices and soon we'll have a conference room, lunch room with seating, and new desks :) ProLook is also pushing us to be healthy and helped me kick my Red Bull addiction. We enjoy flexibility with hours and vacation days as long as we're working hard and completing our tasks. Dusty and the executive team are great mentors and have helped me a ton in my career development.
Cons
401k would be amazing, but I know they are currently working this. Better pay but that is a complaint with any company. Better follow up and follow through on projects would help a lot.
