Pros
I love working at ProLook Sports! It is a tight-knit company where employees feel important and cared for. I am constantly in meetings where my opinion is valued and I have the opportunity to make changes as I see fit. To me, health and wellness is important and it's amazing to work for a company who values those things as well. ProLook gives employees 30 minutes of paid exercise during the work day, pays for gym memberships and fills their kitchen with food, allowing employees healthy (and free!) meals and snacks. The environment here is unmatched - we work hard and we have fun. It important to work in a place where you are challenged as an employee but fully accepted as a person...that's ProLook in a nutshell. I have yet to experience a day where I dreaded coming to work! And don't even get me started on their company parties...

I would really love a 401k plan set up for employees. However, from what I've heard, it's in the works.
