Great place to work! - Anonymous employee PROCON Employee Review

PROCON is a forward thinking company that is always bettering itself for the company and it's employees. The Leadership Team cares about it's employees and their families. Benefits are continuously getting reviewed every year to stay up with the top of the industry. This past year PROCON added paid Parental Leave, which was a great addition and allowed me to take some time off with my wife at the birth of my daughter, while not using up a lot of PTO time. All around great company.

Procon has a fun team culture across departments and hosts many events and you are encouraged to take your time off. The pay was similar to other construction companies in Massachusetts which was nice

leadership and HR doesn’t seem to take feedback seriously and the annual reviews didn’t include any feedback on managers (not even anonymous) which limited any opportunity for changes. Growth at procon was limited, with the same group of people getting promoted all the time. Very cliquey and not collaborative
