Worst company to work for - Anonymous employee PROBESEVEN Employee Review

I am a developer for the core project and what I experience is lot of short of time to meet with my job requirements but I get all refreshments and other career building support from my office itself. I don’t have to read anything special or learn from anybody others as all my co-worker are so helpful. The team has friendly interactions with the management. We are given lot of time for other activities too. I joined a year back and as any new employee I too did not know much about the company. In the next week was my birthday and I was surprised they celebrated my birthday distributed cakes, gifted cards with all the team wishes, they are greeted through emails and full day I was getting wishes. This made me very happy and it became the best best birthday for me.

I feel there are Nothing specific

I started here as a programmer and if I list the things I learnt in the order of priority, I would first say Attitude, Why because it is something I missed all these years, I do have values but when it comes to smart work one has to possess better attitude. It will go long if I try to say why and how but it created a magic. Okay, one more thing I learnt is before we start the work we have to sharpen our brains. The work might be a task of 6 hours but if we spend 4 hours in understanding, logics, co-ordination, sharpening then the task will tend to complete in 5 hours. Don’t know what more to say but one should truly experience.
