Cons
Every few years the owner feels its time to clean out, the philosophy I heard him state was the "one bad apple, spoils the bunch" philosophy so once they feel people have been corrupted they clean out house. They don't value skill, work ethic, or intelligence, rather if you're friendly and capable of completing an endurance race you're a golden child. Its probably typical of any outdoor company, but the CEO and President have big egos, the first sign is when they say, "There's no ego here" and start talking about their contrived core values that they don't live by whatsoever. They don't treat experts with respect, nor do they respect expertise. The CEO and President take ownership of success that is due to employees. Its a small company so there is a general lack of order, poor communication, and no structured hierarchy to rely upon for career growth.
