Really good salary for a part time job Provide a really good training Friendly atmosphere at work Flexibility in working hours Not complicated at all

Can't think of any negatives here. I love my job!

Training was sufficient but out-of-date with the current websites used.

Lack of transparency. Inability to accept questions and respond appropriately. Although in the interview process, they make you hold up your ID next to your face and take a photo, they find it so offensive when you ask them for a link to a LinkedIn account from any coworker, they terminate you.
