Management is good. Well structured company. Also very organized and communication is good.

Can be very hard to get overtime.

some pros of the job is you get decent work and get to be alone most of the day

this job is hard and fast-paced. you will be sore at the end of the day. and uf you are not fast enough they will just fire you and tell you it's a temporary suspension but then remove you from the work chat. they do not care about you and will always protect themselves also its never consistent hours somtimes you get routes where you can get 40 hours and somtimes small routes where you get around 32-35
