      - Benefits - Access to: in-house doctors, podiatry, phys. therapy, med. spa, and more - Facilities - Program is expanding, creating more opportunities - Management team tries to maintain a balance - Discounts on childcare - Management tries to make me feel appreciated - My input and ideas are used

      Cons

      - Very behind in technology, it makes the department less effective - I don't feel appreciated by some co-workers - Some co-workers are negative

      Pros

      Friendly staff, supportive day-to-day culture, and big events that are legitimately impressive and enjoyable.

      Cons

      Small teams carrying a massive workload. Payroll issues happened more than they should. Uniforms weren’t my favorite.
