9yWe appreciate your thoughtful comments about our PRO community and your constructive feedback about management. We realize some time has passed since you wrote this review and would like to apologize for not responding sooner. However, since your review we have been working hard to implement new management procedures that have allowed and encouraged our management teams to become more connected with their teams and with other departments to allow for a more streamlined and organized process.
