Pros

Free membership and friendly coworkers is the only good thing I could say about this facility. Nothing special about this place

Cons

Management is all over the place. Horrible training. No proper training, they leave you by yourself they think you should learn everything by myself, basically there is no training instruction. The most unethical and unfair place I worked for. Most importantly if you get Covid-19 they will fire you! it happened to me and because of that I'm writing this review.

Thank you for your feedback regarding employment at PRO. We’re happy to hear that you enjoyed your membership benefit and friendly co-workers. The people at PRO is what makes us special. It’s unfortunate that your employment experience didn’t meet your expectations. We value all of our cast members and strive to set them up for success as well as provide them with healthy resources to live an active and healthy lifestyle. This also includes rapid COVID testing onsite, access to medical professionals, paid sick leave, work from home accommodations if necessary, and adherence to Washington state guidelines regarding all situations concerning COVID-19. According to our records, no one has been terminated due to contracting the COVID virus. We have shared your comments with our executive leadership team and if you would like to further discuss your employment separation with our HR Director or Vice President, we would be happy to put you in touch.

Pros

Friendly staff, supportive day-to-day culture, and big events that are legitimately impressive and enjoyable.

Cons

Small teams carrying a massive workload. Payroll issues happened more than they should. Uniforms weren’t my favorite.
