It's ok, but also kinda not - Teacher PRO Club Employee Review

Thank you for your former employment with PRO Club and for providing your feedback. We are happy to hear that your direct coworkers were awesome. We certainly want to create a fair and equal workplace and our HR department and Senior Directors are always available if employees have additional concerns or seek support. Many of our employees are older, including our executive team and we’re surprised that you felt any shame. As far as the outdoor space, we would love to be able to offer that and have looked at all opportunities. The truth is that even though PRO Club is very large, our outdoor space is not and there simply is no place to add an outdoor play space. We didn’t think our childcare programs would grow like they have. Therefore, we utilize our expansive gym, sports courts, nearby park and contracted with the VFW across the street to make the best of our options. We have passed your review to Discovery Bay management. We also offer employees the opportunity to provide feedback during their exit interview.
