PRO Club Response
5yThank you for your time at PRO. We recognize that COVID has made an impact on the employee and member experience at PRO and many of the decisions were difficult and heart breaking. Due to the significant financial losses, the expense of continuing education was put on hold until we are fully operational and revenue is more stable. Prior to COVID, vacation pay was paid out. PRO updated our policy in May 2020 to reflect that we were not in a position to pay out vacation for any cast members who left the club, voluntarily or involuntarily. While we did not want to have to make that choice, the pandemic has left many companies with difficult financial decisions. Most recently, the policy was updated in January 2021, as we felt optimistic that we were moving in a positive direction and we are now paying out vacation time to cast members who give a two week notice and work their schedule during the notice period. Due to the COVID financial impact, all compensation increases were put on hold and our President chose not to take a salary during this time. The Halloween decorations were minimal and mostly handmade to offer some value and happiness to our family memberships during challenging times.
