Pros

Healthcare, PTO, professional environment, club access, service discount

Cons

Extremely entitled clientele, and the company owners are sexist and old fashioned (the owner once gave a speech encouraging employees to buy real estate and to vote for Trump at the Christmas party, followed with how progressive they are when it comes to female employees). The uniforms are awful.

PRO Club Response

Thank you for working at PRO and for your candid feedback. We appreciate that you enjoyed the benefits of working at PRO Club. We agree the uniforms are in need of an upgrade and we’ve been working the past year on a new version, which we hope to slowly implement soon. Uniforms for 850 people is a costly investment. As far as our CEO’s views, he really does view all of the PRO employees as family and sometimes provides what he feels is fatherly advice. He sincerely wants everyone to succeed in their personal life with owning a home, earning a fair income, and saving for retirement. Dr. Mark is also very generous in privately assisting employees in need. PRO is proud of the fact that 80% of the leadership team are women.

Pros

Friendly staff, supportive day-to-day culture, and big events that are legitimately impressive and enjoyable.

Cons

Small teams carrying a massive workload. Payroll issues happened more than they should. Uniforms weren’t my favorite.
