      The job is truly what you make of it, you are in charge of your clients- retention and booking, this allows for you to create your schedule and endless commission!

      It is a very conservative environment.

      Pros

      Friendly staff, supportive day-to-day culture, and big events that are legitimately impressive and enjoyable.

      Cons

      Small teams carrying a massive workload. Payroll issues happened more than they should. Uniforms weren’t my favorite.
