Pros
As a long-time employee it's been a great ride but now that technicolor has washed it's hands of us it's time to move on. They worked hard to improve culture and just as it began to take hold, the walls came crashing down.
Cons
The end is nigh! Doomsday preppers only need apply. The benefits will probably be taken away and raises haven't been seen in years.
