Good and bad - Production Assistant PRIME Media Group Employee Review

It's a job I suppose

- poor pay, paid only $21 per hour when I worked there, only $1 more than my previous waitressing job, a job with better atmosphere and less stress. - confusing management, told I should ask as many questions as possible, they later accidentally sent me my employee report which included a complaint about me "asks questions frequently, and when answered makes an ohh sound like she only just understood" well obviously! That's why I asked the question. -job is super stressful, understandably they can't make any mistakes, but this leads to massive pressure for a low paying position.

Good entry level job within media at seven affiliate sales, nice people within a smallish office (approx 20-25) so easy to make friends and get to know people.

Not a lot of opportunity for growth/development within the office. Management disregard feedback. Frequent office reshuffling.
