      I learned a lot about the different industries and current trends going on in the market. Was able to gain experience speaking with c-level executives.

      Cons

      The company is too small and there is a lot of micro-managing that goes on. No morals. Only care about numbers.

      I started as a recruiter and after a couple of years became an account manager. Now I am a senior account manager gaining great financial experience by working directly with clients.

      Sometimes I need to work a longer day to satisfy clients.
