      Pros

      Nice and friendly owners. The construction guy that was responsible for our projects was very effective. We had some training that was given over the phone and PowerPoint

      Cons

      They have eliminated the best people from the company and replaced them with inexperienced employees. Accounting department was cut in half and now there is nobody to help us.

      Pros

      Great communication from PRG about who exactly in the company to contact for anything, it really is a team feel. There are fantastic opportunity for bonuses and career development, and great PTO and Holidays off. Upper management is accessible; the CEO even meets and greets new employees through a call!

      Cons

      There are high expectations for multitasking, but it is equalized by the quick promotion opportunities.
