Pros
Presence is the first company I've worked for that truly values work-life balance. When I started at the company in 2021, they allowed early two-hour leave on Fridays during the summer. They eventually made it a year-round privilege, that we employees were overjoyed and grateful for. Presence also goes on a company-wide paid vacation for the last 1.5 weeks of December. Black Friday is a paid holiday, so we don't have to use our PTO for an extra day off to be with our families.
Cons
While I did receive a yearly raise, it wasn't enough for my liking. If you're looking to have a large pay increase, like with most companies you will have to get a new job. A company is only going to give you a certain percentage increase every year.
