HR is a puppet. 6. Job security major reason. 7. No standard policy for employees, favouratism prevails who can butter.

      Good for short stay Office politics Unethical and lacks integrity

      Cons

      After resignation salary is not paid till 5 months even during notice period which is 3 months. Also no leaves including sick . This does not gets informed at the time of joining . Always threatens employees with legal actions Money gets cut for no reason Behaviour towards departing employee at its low for a Human being
