Pros
You will learn a wide variety of applicable skills. Mentorship can be a good experience if you get a good mentor. With enough time you get to manage your own client list. The coworkers are friendly. Plenty of time to slack off.
Cons
There's a lot of down time. Extremely hard to move between departments, get promoted (if you do get promoted it is often just a title change), upper management will throw employees under the bus, sales will make unreasonable promises to clients that you WILL be expected to keep, the pay is lack luster, and the job is so "flexible" they will ask you to complete tasks that aren't your responsibility and that aren't well thought out.
