If you don’t make 20 phone calls on office days, you will be fired. 2 verbals, If you are less than 2 years with the company, forget about any potential reconciliation. 1 man drives all this with a rod of iron through bullying and harassment. You will be monitored VERY CLOSELY. Personnel took a dim view of his activities and what happened? Personnel managers were sacked. This company is NOT a good place to work.
