Interns are given all the work the juniors don't want to do. There is no clear explanation about HOW tasks are to be completed; they are just expected to be. Everyone is so busy that no guidance is provided. Most of the work is keeping in touch with influencers - sending them packages, inviting them to events, and giving them concepts for brand deals. Barely any meaningful work was carried out.
HR!!! Extremely unresponsive. They sometimes forget to inform when there is a rainy day, and they don't open texts. It's a very relaxed attitude that costs the employees.
