      Worked here for a couple of years. Was quite a young team at the time and we had a lot of fun. Interesting clients and learnt a lot.

      Cons

      At the time pathways to progression were not particularly clear and there was sometimes an element of seniors (not all) undermining more junior staff in meetings.

      Staffing issues can lead to overstretched employees, although management always understanding and happy to help when this is raised to them
