Interns are respected, acknowledged, viewed as an important part of the team, and overall treated extremely well. You gain an incredible amount of knowledge, get a lot of valuable experience, and the work culture is the best I've ever seen. PQ really strives to bring joy to work, and it's the first job I've ever had where I don't dread Mondays. Management is very down to earth and goes out of their way to treat us like humans instead of resources and to show us that we're appreciated.
