      - Brilliant colleagues (fewer and fewer) - Engineering driven product

      Cons

      - 3 waves of layoffs by now - Switch to Java and favoring low-cost consultants - Toxic environment established by new engineering leaders - People(engineers) on visa just wait to get a residence permit. Everybody else either left or are actively seeking - Meeting that end up in rage quit.

      Small team means lots of opportunity to make an impact and get exposure to senior leadership. Interesting global work.

      The people you work with are the best that's about it

      Cons

      Managers have no clue how to guide you do your work, layoffs happend every months (with no warnings), no flexibility to take time off or work from home. HR is not human at all. Everyone knows each other there, if you dont, dont expect any promotions
