Magnified job scope that lead to high exposure to other areas of the business, gaining extensive knowledge in the role. Plenty of rooms to explore new ideas and learning from mistakes.
Cons
The previous management tends not to react to feedbacks of employees efficiently. Having said that, with the recent restructuring of senior management I am starting to see changes being implemented with respect to cultures, career developments, vision settings and etc.
