      I really liked the company from day one - i'm currently navigating through the second year and everything has been good so far

      Cons

      The company leaving the startup background and moving towards a bit of a corporate approach. Not a negative per sé, but some people might not like it

      Small team means lots of opportunity to make an impact and get exposure to senior leadership. Interesting global work.

      The people you work with are the best that's about it

      Cons

      Managers have no clue how to guide you do your work, layoffs happend every months (with no warnings), no flexibility to take time off or work from home. HR is not human at all. Everyone knows each other there, if you dont, dont expect any promotions
